Today was the first full day of FPC's trip. They started their day at Lukenya Getaway with breakfast, devotion, a tour of the camp and teambuilding property. Then they were able to take a walk outside of the gates where a migration has been happening and they were able to see zebras, gazelles, and giraffes. They all enjoyed being able to get some exercise after being cooped up on the plane for the past day and a half. Then they went into Nairobi for lunch and shopping. They came back early to re-pack and get ready for their early flight to Western Kenya in the morning.
The big news from the camp staff is that both the guys and girls won their soccer games today, which is really surprising! They were playing at Kimugui Friends Secondary School, a high school near where they have been working. They had a good time hanging out with the kids. Tonight will be the last night with their host families and will spend the day with them at their churches tomorrow. Please pray for them tomorrow as many of them will be preaching or speaking in church.
