Camp Update!

As camp draws closer more and more of our team's time and energy will be focused on getting ready for this summer.  Here's a quick report on how you can be praying for camp now that we're only a month and a half away from opening day.

• We are praising the Lord that more of our staff needs have been met.  We've added two more guy counselors to our team.  Every week, except for the first session, we have 8 or 9 guys.  We could definitely use 1 or 2 more boys, but we'll make it!  We also think we might have the lifeguard and videographer positions covered (we're just waiting for confirmations).  The last need we have is a worship leader.  We are so thankful that the Lord has provided us with our staff for this summer.
• Please pray that the Lord would provide the summer staff's financial support.  Any of you who have been a part of our summer team know that this is a hectic season of life for them as they are wrapping up their semesters, preparing for Kenya, and making sure their financial support is covered.  Please keep the camp staff in your prayers.
• Pray for campers!!!  We're working hard to market camp to the local schools.  Amanda and Eric will be visiting a couple of chapel services this week.  Saturday we'll be at the spring fling for Rosslyn Academy and the next Saturday we'll be at the one for West Nairobi School.  These are our two biggest marketing opportunities so pray that LOTS of kids sign up.
• Pray for supplies!  We still need lots of supplies in order to pull off camp this summer.  Remember you can donate supplies by accessing the list through the Amazon panel on the side of the blog.  

As a side note, does anyone have a contact that could help us get ultimate frisbees with the Camp BlueSky logo?  We would like to sell them in the camp store but the cheapest price we could find was $30, way more than people would be willing to pay.  Does anyone have any ideas???
