The new well makes provides a clean water source.
Prior to the well, water came from a muddy, contaminated stream 3 miles away.

Today was the day that the irrigation piping was supposed to be laid but there was a major setback when the well company sent the wrong hose. In Kenya, getting the right one isn't as easy as making a phone call so the system will most likely have to be laid by church members after the Southside team leaves.
The ladies work to document the stories of the kids at Rehema
While the guys at the church were problem solving this morning, the team at Rehema got off to a better start. They spent a full day serving the children and staff at Rehema. They helped the kids with sponsors write them letters (sponsors, you have something to look forward to), worked in the garden, organized supplies, and cleaned water tanks.
