Camp BlueSky Needs YOUR Help

Can you help us get camp supplies???

Its super-easy to help!!!

We're hoping that the former members of the camp staff (and anyone else who wants to help) can help us with purchasing camp supplies this year.  If we can get all of the camp supplies and merchandise donated, we can save $5000 or more.  We've made an extensive Amazon wishlist, which can be reached by clicking on the sidebar of this blog.  This also helps us because Amazon will donate a percentage of the purchase back to us if you get to their site through our blog (so be sure not to just go straight to Amazon).

At the staff reunion, many of you said you are happy to help but you always just assume someone else is getting it.  So we've broken the list down by year, hoping that you will make sure that the things from your year are purchased.  Since the list shows what still needs to be purchased, we hope that will give you a better idea of what we still need.   Feel free to enlist members of your Sunday School class or Small Group to help get supplies donated.

Can any of you doctors or nurses help us by getting the medicines donated???  Its mostly over the counter stuff.  Amanda can send you the list, just email amanda@campbluesky.org.  Thanks!

If you have a connection to someone that can get some of these things for free (coaches, store managers, etc.), please pursue this, even if its not your year's responsibility.  Just let Amanda know what you are getting it so she can take those items off of the wish list.  We would really appreciate it if you can be sure we have everything by May 1, that way we have time to purchase things that we are still missing.

2007 - Tents, Tarps, Art and Crafts

2008 - Face paint and CANDY

2009 - Dress Up Clothes (we picked these for you because you played dress up more than any other staff, EVER!)

If everything you were hoping to get is taken or if you want to make it even simpler, you can just donate money for Camp Supplies on our website.  This will go towards the supplies that have to be purchased in Kenya or towards the camp merchandise.   We need to raise roughly $3000 for both of these categories.  You can donate by clicking the Donate Button on the sidebar of this blog.
